Since 2004, an international project - Designers Against AIDS (DAA) has launched by the non-profit organization “Beauty without Irony”.

Found in Belgium but running globally, DAA aimed to raise the awareness of the young people to HIV/AIDS by launching collaborations with different celebrities and designers from different culture such as fashion, music, art, design, sports etc.

This year EASTPAK Artist studio has launched Christopher Shannon x Eastpak for DAA. The contrast color on the white fabric stands out the whole collections. Together with the other 15 designers; the collaboration will be sold online on the 1^st of December – World Aids Day.

“Rhapsody in Forest” is a London based independent fashion jewelry brand running by a young passionate designer. With the fantasy fairy tale concept and the spirit of beauty and perfection, the brand name – “Rhapsody in Forest” was born. As an independent brand, it is always harder to catch the eyeballs, but they did it beautifully.

“Rhapsody in Forest” was one of the exhibitors of “Designersblock at London Design Festival 14”. The new collection is totally a blend of surprises, the mixture of materials, unique geometric forms and the contrast usage of color together with the high handcrafted standard – is just way stunning. Literally you don’t need a pair of them, one is attractive enough. Yes as a piece of jewelry this is such an unusual combination, but it turns out an eye-catching design.

Collaboration with Chinese fashion designer, Renli Su brought “Rhapsody in Forest” to its higher level - Explore to the fashion week. We are waiting for their next collaboration and show off the master handcrafted design. So, what’s next? Men’s jewelry please!

“Rhapsody in Forest”是今年“Designersblock at London Design Festival 14”的參展成員之一。品牌新的系列處處充滿著驚喜，不同物料的運用、獨特的外形、用色再加上細膩的手工⋯⋯ 只能說吸引眼球程度爆燈。而你只需要一隻便能成為眾人焦點！設計雖是有點不平凡，但所有完素配合起來卻拾到好處。

與時裝設計師Renli Su的合作將“Rhapsody in Forest”帶到另一更高的層次，在Fashion week中曝光，讓更多人認識到此牌。我們期待“Rhapsody in Forest”與更多品牌乘聯之餘，亦期望他們會推出男裝系列！

This September never stops! Besides, the London Fashion Week, there’s another top event happened in the capital. 18^th – 21^st were the days of the Designersblock - London Design Festival 2014.

Comes to the 17^th edition this year, Located in one of the most historical buildings in London - - The Old Sessions House. This iconic landmark has brought enough vibe into this yearly top event. Designersblock shows over 100 independent designers, collectives and companies from different disciplines, level and experience. It provides a platform for designers to exchange their experiences freely; the ideas flow back and forth. This chill atmosphere makes Designersblock different from the other design shows.

The amazing lighting projection at the ceiling impressed all the visitors at the entrance. When the old meets new, all the booths were surprisingly stand out.

9月的倫敦就是停不下來！除了倫敦時裝週外，還有另一城中熱話 － Designersblock - London Design Festival 2014，9月18至21日舉行。

Designersblock 來到第17個年頭，與一般設計展不同，不同的獨立設計師、單位、公司等都結集來到倫敦市中，其中一座最具歷史價值的建築物 － The Old Sessions House擺放自己最出色的作品。超過100個參與單位，當中有著不同經驗、程度的設計師，也有一些設計畢業生等。在場內隨處可見，設計師們互相交流經驗、見解。就是這樣Designersblock提供一個交流的平台予設計師們。這樣輕鬆自在的環境在其他的設計展絕對看不到。

一踏進會場，便會被投射到天花的燈光效果吸引。當舊遇上新，令到所有參與的單位出奇地突出。之後還會介紹其他值得推介的設計師，切勿錯過！
